Too true?

That's a line as regal with bombast as the Greg Peck review of three years ago, or the Reader's Manifesto in the Atlantic. One sentence by one man, and a shitstorm.

I greatly admire Kundera's work and I'm saddened that he's given literature another blade for seppuku.

& still I tend to agree.

The piece read like a parody of his earlier notes on literature, but a few little bits and pieces here and there hit, unfortunately, true for me...

I'll have to look for the Greg Peck review.
